Hey there, my name is Silas.

I've been fortunate to have outstanding mentorship throughout my career as a mountain guide. And I've done my best to pass on what I've learned to others, including teaching AMGA courses and exams for the last 12 years. But I've always felt that the missing link has been consistent contact with guides on a personal level. 

Enter Ascend PRO. This membership is designed as a way for us to connect and discuss the challenging parts of guiding. Ascend PRO is about creating a community of guides who are invested in improving skills, creating exceptional client experiences, and making the guiding game more sustainable for everyone.
